The website was a breeze to finding and prepaying parking.

Issue is at the parking lot. You need the attendant to be on site to be let out of lot. There is no way to exit without paying for parking -defeating prepaid option.
Attendant was not at post, when called he begrudgingly said he would be right over.
Attendant said it’s better to just pay on site than pre-paying.
Attendant was not rude to me but I did witness him be rude to another family who had prepaid & was holding up the line. When they explained they were out town he dismissed them & told them to just pay for parking on site rather than pre-pay.

There was no parking attendant either at entry or exit, 7:30am to 5:30pm. I was unable to redeem my parking reservation and had to pay a second time upon a exit.
