The parking structure was great, but they have listed an address that does not lead to the correct location. They need to mark their garage or include a description.

parking.com administers the resident and guest parking in my building and in other buildings nearby.
The cons are the website and administration. I have had multiple problems booking a reservation for my building. I have both emailed and called parking.com on multiple occasions to resolve this and have yet to receive any response. Neither has my HOA had any success. Additionally, the information included in the emailed confirmations (for nearby lots) and/or posted on the lots is not always accurate - entry procedures, QR codes, etc.
The pros are that, once I do get a reservation (always in nearby buildings), the parking staff are competent and professional. I have never had a lost reservation, a problem with drop-off/pick-up or any damage. The vehicle has always been well managed.

Hard to find location. Address for garage was not address on building, and no one knew where I should go to find garage. Finally aother garage attendant, helped us find the entrance
Attendant didn't know anything about my parking arrangement, when he finally arrived. Review didn't say anything about valet parking.

I paid for parking and the attendant would not even address me. He told me to go somewhere else and he didn’t care if I had a reservation. I did get a refund from you guys but that does not make up for how I was treated by your staff. Didn’t even receive extra parking credit to use for a future day. Will never use your services again.

Only used twice, 2 different garages and the addresses were not very accurate, wasting time finding the garag3. For example the one address the app gave was 111, but the actual garage address was 108
Overall the app worked fine, but could use improvement with getting locations right

the scanner didn’t work and i had to use the call button and the lady was trying to say i had to pay then$300 ticket price. a resident let me out thankfully.

I couldnt use QR code so I paid twice. I request a refund but there was no answer

The reservation and payment process was easy, the location was easy to find and the valet employee was helpful. Even when it seemed a lot of customers showed up for their vehicles at the same time the wait was not too long and the valet was very professional. Of course, the price being cheaper than a lot of other lots in the area was the main driver of choosing the location, but I'm happy I did.

The employee was very friendly and helpful, the process was very easy, and the location was perfect.

If I could give it 0 stars I would. The attendant was rude and didn't know what was going on. I asked several times if it was an in and out and he said yes. I was there a total of 4 hours and when I tried to leave and he scanned us out he said that we couldn't return. The only good experience was I contacted the company and was issued a full refund. I dont suggest this place at all

The gate wouldn't open for us to leave. However, we entered the garage using the QR code on the paper that I printed with the order number on it. The attendant kept telling me that a paper copy was not acceptable when it clearly says on the paper that "permit, mobile, or printed pass accepted." The attendant kept asking me what the name of the company was that I used to book my reservation, but I didn't have that. She kept telling me that I should not have taken a parking pass when I entered since I had made the reservation ahead of time. And, since I didn't follow the rules, it was my fault for not being able to leave and she wanted me to pay the $77 parking fee. I gave her the order number and she couldn't find it anywhere. I told her that I was able to get it with the scanner, so I wondered why I couldn't get out. After a solid 20-30 minutes of us going back and forth, she finally opened the gate and we left. When I got home I viewed my entire receipt and noticed that on the parking pass receipt, there was a line that said "How to use your pass", but when I hovered over it, nothing showed up. Maybe if that link worked, I could have read something like "DO NOT TAKE A PARKING TICKET" or maybe when we pulled in there could have been a BIG sign that said "DON'T TAKE A PARKING TICKET IF YOU HAVE PREPAID FOR YOUR SPOT" So yes, we got out but there were 7 other people in the car with me and 3 were begging me to leave and just pay the $77, which would have been in addition to the $47 that I paid when I made the reservation.

The prices were better than my other app on that day, but the lack of a photo of the entrance to the garage made finding it difficult. I was also trapped in a long line near the parade so was a little late getting back to my car which caused a $15 late fee. My other apps let you extend from your phone and this one did not. The ease of use just wasn't there.
