The worst parking experience I've ever had, when i was leaving i asked the attendant and the driver how do i call when i get back from my trip. the attendant was so rude he didn't even replay back. (he's the young black guy with accent) the driver that drop me off said just wait here where i drop you off when you get back we will be driving by every 20 min NO NEED TO CALL. I waited a hour and half after a 15 hour plane ride back to the US and no shuttle showed up. I had to take a bus to the taxi in lax area pay $40 dollars to get a cab to the parking structure where my car was parked to get me car. after i got there i told the attendant the same young guy and his response to me was just pay your balance and get the F out of here. just the worse experience I've ever had. Its best to avoid this place. I HAD TO PAY EXTRA BECASUE THEY WERE LATE PICKING ME UP ????? I THINK ITS SETUP SO THEY CHARGE MORE. DO YOUR SELF A FAVOR FIND A DIFFRENT PARKING SPOT TO PARK YOUR CAR

My flight got delayed and I was a little late to my car. They charged me an exorbitant amount. There was no information on the confirmation email about adding time beforehand or a late fee. I feel totally cheated
The parking garage was over crowded
The parking garage was over crowded. It was a long wait to get in the garage, the ride to the airport, to get from the airport to the garage, and to get out of the garage. I will not use this location again.
Terrible experience
This was a terrible experience and we will never use this lot to park for trips again. My 9-year-old daughter needed to use the restroom while waiting to go to the airport, and the site manager wouldn’t unlock the bathroom for her. She had to pee behind a tree next to a homeless encampment. It was infuriating. When we arrived back from our trip, we waited for an hour to be picked up, then had to pay extra to leave the lot because the shuttle was so delayed. Absolutely worst way to travel ever.

I did not know I needed to reserve a time for parking. There was not an attendant close by to let me know anything. Luckily no one was behind me so I backed-up and went online and registered and made my appointment. When I pulled back up the attendant was there and she immediately directed me to the basement level to park. There were cars parked in the aisle and made it very difficult to move and find a spot. I found one finally. Luckily I was early for my appointment. The place was not very clean either.

The big problem is with the shuttle…
The big problem is with the shuttle service to the airport terminals. The shuttle has limited availability (timing and space inside). From the parking to the airport, give additional minutes (if their shuttle is not available or delayed). Also, the wait time in the terminals can be longer if they don't have the resources on time (to get back to the parking lot). This may cause the rider to pay extra (if it crosses the threshold for the rental time reserved).
Some of the parking spots have stains and dirts. Finding a spot can also take time as they have limited spaces.

charged twice
I had a rsvp for the 405 but they were full so they put me over in valuepark. Which was fine except that they did not tell me that I had to find an attendant to get out. At 1130pm, I was wanting to get home after traveling for 21 hours, went to leave and had to run my credit card. I thought it was because I was late because of flight delays (that is another story). However, it was an additional $65. When I asked the parking attendant, she told me to talk to the office. They told me to call a number that they gave me. When I tried to call it the next day, Friday, it did not work. I called the 405 and she told me to go to the website and leave an email. No email address.
The reason I booked there is that I have always had good service, I have used them 5-6 times previously. At this point, I am still working for satisfaction and if not received, I will be looking elsewhere for future flights (in two weeks.)

First of all, the parking was on the upper floors 5-8 which I could not find a single spot until the 8th floor. very tight driving, I was glad that I brought my little car rather than my husbands truck. Then when I returned to my car 3 days later, I was to check out by 10:00pm and my car wouldn't start, probably due to the alarm going off and killing the battery. My tow truck came an hour an a half later so that put me after 10:00. The attendant didn't care or could not do anything about it so I had to pay an extra day. We also told him ahead of time.

Terrible Experience
It operates like a business that went "out of business" 4 years ago. Staff doesn't even try??? Dark, dirty, feels unsafe. Used Uber back and forth from parking garage because the shuttle was not reliable. It is obvious they will be out of business when the new people mover and parking garage opens across the way. 405 Parking is a Must Not Try.

I arrived 1 hour before the time I put on my reservation for a 6 day parking stay and got charged an extra $8!
I'm sure if I had put my reservation for 1 hour earlier the prepaid ampunt would have been the same.
I will never use them again
I will never use them again. The garage attendant was so rude when I dropped off my car and when I returned my vehicle. I got stuck in the elevator he never came to help. The phone rings he never picks up the phone, I only know is because I called never answered. When i was at the gate he ignored the phone. I tried to explain that waiting for the shuttle and getting stuck in the elevator made me late for check out, that's when he said the shuttle is not included and that was not his problem. Both times he had such a terrible attitude. So terrible customer service and it felt so unsafe. I've used them in the passed never had any issues.
