First time used, I appreciated the emails updating me along the way during my parking usage. Parking through phone with the updates is great.

Easy to use, but unfortunately, we had never used this app before and didn't know we should have scanned when we arrived, not when we were leaving.

When we pulled into the lot to make our payment, the payment was accepted and then the gate would not go up. We looked at the sign when we went to the payment station and it indicated open or we would not have attempted to pull in. After the gate wouldn't open we then saw the sign had been changed to full. We attempted to get a refund but the machine would not allow it. This happened on June 26, 2024.

The sign on the lot said $15.
But then it actually costs per hour which was not stated before I pulled in.

I parked in your lot clearly marked $15 to park. No other verbiage. Once in and through the app process it came up $22. I specifically chose your lot because of the advertised price. I was late for an event and opted to stay. I ended up paying more than any other lot charged to park. Never again.

The flat rate in every other lot was $20, you all charged me $30 for 6 hours.

Internet is not accessible at this location. Also lot used to be for local restaurants and shopping now time is limited. It is really sad and will limit my using as a local I can find many other places to eat and shop that don't charge 20 bucks for my car to have a 60 dollar meal. Really sad!!

You should just pay when you leave I stead of trying to guess how long you will be there !!! Scan upon entry and exit ! Makes more sense
No clear description of charges on the signs or in the app. Total set up to swindle money from your customers. Bunko artists. And no one to answer to. Nice little racket you've got there.
The lot that we parked at had a parking sign with the QR code that showed a cost of $15.00 and we were charged 22.00 for parking. I tried to call customer service and was on hold for at least 15 minutes with no answer.
The parking was not an issue but the cost was an issue!

Sign posted at the road said parking was $15, but when I paid I got charged $25. False advertising.
Way too expensive and when I tried to add time it cost way too much a complete rip off($27.50 for 1 hour and I tried adding 45 minutes and it was an additional $16.50)
