It used to be straightforward, and a little pricey, to park at 30th St. Station. But then you only had to put a couple of quarters in, or, add a dollar at a kiosk. You no longer have that option because there is no kiosk: you have to use the online system. And it can take up to 10 minutes just to get all of the needed information about your car and payment into the app. A real nuisance. And, at the end of it all, you end up paying $3 for a half-hour. It used to seem outrageous at $.25/6 minutes = $1.25 for a half-hour.
The good side of the app is that it gives you a notice when your time is about to run out.

It takes far too long to pay via credit card. NOT USER FRIENDLY.

I got a ticket because the check out process is confusing. I thought I paid for parking but I didn’t and ended up with a parking ticket.

Cheap app. Too difficult to use. Cannot stop parking to save on parking. When you have a login, it doesn’t remember your car. Hate this app.

I hadn't ever been to the Philadelphia train station before. I was just surprised and happy to find parking right outside the entrance. The instructions were simple and the company's response to your transaction is quick. Thank you for providing this reasonably priced service.

The iPhone app does not show the current parking session. I can see past sessions, but not the current one. So unless I look at my email confirmation that a session has begun to see when it ends, I have no easy way to see the expiration time. There's also no pop-up or notification reminder. It is simply not a user-friendly app. I might even think that it is intentionally designed that way in order to boost parking violations.

NO, I still have not received an answer after 4 Comments. I paid the price - have a receipt, but when I came out of station (30th St. Phila) I had a $25. ticket on my window. I have not paid this. I have a receipt which I sent to you for the $4.99 that I paid online.
My cell is 610-291-0426 - a reply would be appreciated.
