Got there and couldn’t find the parking…
Got there and couldn’t find the parking garage anywhere. Had to park at the garage next door and pay ANOTHER $25. Hard to find. Waste of money.

I reserved a spot in Chicago for $21.00 and Qr reader wasn't working. Had to pull a tuck and paid $17.00 . No reply from customer service on my refund. App cost more than pulling a ticket.

My credit expired and there is no way to update it, the process to add a new card gives an error with no explanation and there is no way to delete a payment method. I will have to call and figure this out with a representative, if that is even possible. While I figure this out and find the time to call, I will use another service, so parking.com's loss.

the QR code did not work
the QR code did not work. I had to use the intercom to be let out. after giving a bunch of info, we were cut off. She called back and after a while, the gate finally opened.
Locked out of our parking garage
When we arrived at our parking garage location, the gate would not open even when we scanned our QR code multiple times. There were 3 of us who had purchased space in the same garage and all 3 of us were locked out. I messaged Parking.com and my message has gone ignored for more than a week. My husband ended up missing our boat tour (a $50 ticket) because we could not find parking!!
It’s very good!

Heading into Chicago from out of state, knowing there was a big air show downtown, and needing to find a spot somewhere close to our venue, it was helpful to know where to go. The picture of the entrance helped. A smooth experience. Just showed the phone to the guy at the entrance.

Spent almost an hour trying to get to the parking lot. Couldn’t get in due to road construction. Had to pay $35 more dollars at a different parking garage that I could actually get in. Extremely dissatisfied.

Parking was easy
Parking was easy, workers were nice, rate was very reasonable; overall a great experience! I’ll come back to here when I need to for sure!
Charged extra for parking
We paid for a reservation, and while we were leaving an hour before our reservation ended, we were still charged an extra $17 just to leave the parking ramp.
