The barcode couldn't be used at the gate, so I had to pay the parking fee separately, in addition to the one already charged to my credit card.

I had to pay for 2 parking sessions because I tried using the app, and instead of giving me the session for the times I entered (5pm-1am) it gave me a 2 1/2 hour session (2pm-4:30pm,) which ended before my shift at work started. Then I had problems getting into the garage, so had to take a ticket to get the bar to raise.

The QR code scanner wasn’t working.
The QR code scanner wasn’t working. I called for assistance but the person was very hard to understand but more or less told me to leave the parking garage. Cars were behind me so I couldn’t back up. I had to take a parking ticket and pay before leaving which cost me 4x the amount I already paid.

App problems
There was 2 separate times I bought a pass with the app Parking.com, and once the QR code to exit was not appearing and the other time the QR code was not working upon exiting. I pressed the button for assistance and both times the operator understood that I bought the pass on the app, and understood that it was because of the app that it wasn’t working and the operator both times tried charging me the $100 fee, even though the payment on the app went through, and did not want to open gate for me. Upon arrival QR code worked but not while trying to exit. So it was obviously a app problem. The operators gave me such a hard time, they eventually opened it, but it took a long time, and you can tell that they didn’t want to.

I paid online and reserved my spot ahead of time. when i got to the garage, the email that was sent to me did not show a bar code or anything for me to get into the garage. i ended up paying again.

Keep scanning and paying for the parking but whenever I scan in to the lot is keeps denying my parking pass. Really annoying hope the problem can get fixed soon .

when I made a mistake on the first reservation and needed to cancel, it happened immediately! Great customer service!
The app doesn’t always work
The app doesn’t always work. Often I can’t complete my reservation without the app closing. Your reservation can only be made in every 30 min, which isn’t good if you arrive early. I hate using this app but there’s no other option that allows a discount.

Everything went great
Everything went great. I would suggest listing that the Aqua parking garage door opens once you drive up to it. Until then it looks inaccessible. We did take a ticket to get in and then scanned our QR code from our payment to exit. I am not sure if scanning the QR code would have worked to get in, but that process is what the hotel told us. The oversized spot was wonderful. The clearance on the parking garage entry did say 8ft 2in, but when booking it said 6ft 8in, so I am not sure what is correct, but our area had a ton of clearance.

They sometimes make you pay again just to exit garage
I purchase parking for 12 hours (my work shift) several times a week. I am almost always able to use my phone to scan in when I purchase the pass on the app, but there have been too many instances lately where I cannot get out of the garage (even when my out time is within the time I purchased) with my parking pass and have to call for assistance. I have been requested to pay more money via a link they send me and told I will get it refunded (since I had already paid for parking), but they don’t offer refunds according to the website. If I don’t pay the requested amount immediately they threaten penalties and tow. They also don’t return phone calls, messages or emails regarding this repeat issue and getting money back for paying double for parking. There is clearly some issue here and scam to get more money for parking. Or there is an issue with the app or QR reader.

I’d recommend using something else
Parking garage was nearly impossible to find and finding a spot was just as much of a struggle. Additionally, upon exiting, the machine was busted and wouldn’t accept my card. I ended up having to pay $5 in the end just to exit the parking lot because of machine issues and lack of assistance in the parking garage. The issue caused a backup of cars too. Nothing on the listing mentioned additional fees either so it was a huge inconvenience. Should've just used spot hero, this was awful.
