Did not read the QR code for my pre-paid parking. Agent did not assist me, there were a line of people waiting to get in, so I had to purchase a ticket. I need a refund for my pre-paid parking.
While we don't verify specific claims because reviewers' opinions are their own, we may label reviews as "Verified" when we can confirm a business interaction took place. Read more

QR code would not scan
The QR code I had received would not scan at the garage entrance machine, so I had to take a ticket. I hoped the code would scan on the outgoing machine. It did not. I had to call for assistance. Thankfully, no one was waiting behind me. It took a while to leave the garage.
I paid for my parking space that they claimed to have not record of and I couldn't produce a receipt
I paid for my parking space - good thing I took a screenshot because unlike the message on the screen, you never sent a receipt. I couldn't get into the garage with the QR code, so took a ticket. Couldn't get out of the garage with the QR code, and refused to pay AGAIN with the ticket. Finally argued enough on the phone to get them to open the gate. This experience completely turned me off to your service.

Not Sure If Parking.coms fault or not
Generally fine. Upon arriving at the parking garage we had reserved, scanning the QR code raised the bar and we parked. When leaving however the QR code did not raise the bar despite us being within the timeframe we had reserved. To make a long story short, it eventually transpired that the bar was stuck up due to a car in front having what sounded like similar problems. After scanning sever times, we eventually just left without really knowing if we had successfully scanned out. We called the customer support and we’re informed that we had never scanned in, which was why we were unsuccessfully scanning out. No explanation for how we had been allowed into the garage by our QR code. Regardless, we were assured that there is no reason we would get charged more. If this remains the same, I guess there’s not an issue other than a confusing and overly complex process vs. how it should have happened.

I would give a zero if I could
I would give a zero if I could. Reserved a parking spot using their web site and paid via credit card. Site said the location I was using accepted mobile passes. When i attempted to leave the facility, the scanner would not read my mobile pass, and there were no personnel on site, so I had to pay again in order to leave. I contacted the company to describe what happened and ask for a refund on one of the charges. They did not respond to that (so far, after three business days) but you can bet your *#%* they emailed me asking for a review!
So, here it is: park somewhere else!
