Loved how easy it was. Did not like that I could not stop meter when I left 2 minutes into the last transaction. Otherwise, it was a great experience.

I know it wasn't you but there was a scam going in each of your parking lots. We were left parking tickets on all of our Mini Buses. You really need someone to protect against the fraud
Company replied
The sign says 10 dollars to park, no pay station in place meant I had to use my phone and pay a 50 cent service charge. Kinda shady.

Don't Use the QR Code
The parking lot itself was fine. Easy access and clear spaces. The issue with this lot is the pay area. There is a machine and a QR code sign to make it faster if there is a line. The QR code actually goes to the lot next to this one even though the machine and sign are together. You will get fined $35 dollars for non-payment. Even with proof of payment you will not be forgiven the entire fine and still have to pay. Totally messed up and great way for them to collect more money. Pay at the machine no matter what!

Posted price was $10 app charged $20 seemed a little shady due to the fact that there were not a lot of options.

Easy peasy!. No waiting in line!
Quick and fast with the qr code. I could park and walk on my way to where I was heading without waiting in line to pay. Nice!
