The sign to the garage said $2.50 per day. We were helping my daughter move and we were charged for every entry into the garage. I had a very unpleasant conversation with somebody at the main number.... See more

The sign to the garage said $2.50 per day. We were helping my daughter move and we were charged for every entry into the garage. I had a very unpleasant conversation with somebody at the main number. I was directed to the local people in Cincinnati and finally got a response. They offered to refund me but I already disputed the charges with my bank and got refunded. I was told they will update the sign to indicate you will be charged every time you enter the garage even if same day.
