I had a terrible experience with this garage. My scan code didn't work for whatever reason and the rep told me it was because I had to be out of the garage 15 mins early. What sense does that make? She refused to let me out of the garage so I called the support team. A rep named Karen was very awesome and assisted me with getting out as she knew that the other rep was completely wrong. The Atwater rep was rude and tried to force me to pay more money. Unfortunately that is the purpose of paying for time. There seems to be a disconnect somewhere and I'm not sure if I will use them again. Or maybe I just won't use that particular garage anymore. They deserve -5 stars. The parking.com rep deserves 10

Have not been able to purchase parking in my building’s garage in about 3 months. Only give me the option for monthly parking.

Entrance and exit were fast with code. Car was untouched.

The garage is well lit, and I love the color coding by floor. Reasonable price and close to my destination

Sometimes when I have exit the app to copy and paste materials for my session, it starts me over and I have to put the info in again. Other than that the experience is a smooth process with the digital barcose

They gave me a pricing on app I agreed to it than they went ahead and charged my credit card an overpriced amount several times. I was better of not reserving spot and just getting a ticket from parking lot. I would've been cheaper. Don't think I'll be ever using this app anymore.

That was my first time ever paying for parking online and it was great. The price I love for the amount of time we were downtown. It was hassle free all I had to do was Soper the email and there was my parking pass. Very safe

The location, facility, and price were all very good.

Made a parking reservation at a garage in Chicago’s Streeterville area. Price was honored BUT both entering & exiting was extremely confusing due to lack of clear signage/instructions on how to use our QR code/pass. Tried scanning several times but had no assurance that our prepaid reservation was actually being honored. Please fix this to make your reservation system a 5 star experience.

Couldn’t extend time and had to pay double to park. Would be nice if you could do that on the app

Felt cheated. The parking online charges mentioned $8 -12 paid online for 2 hours , when we exit , the machine stopped us to pay $18.00 more. This is ridiculous.
Please do mention actual price online.

Gate couldn’t open.

The address for the lot under the “l” was incorrect, drove around 15 minutes trying to find image on app, fortunately stumbled on correct location with another app user that also reported the issue.
Savings was nice but lost time at venue not so much
