The service was fast and easy. I was able to enter in and out with no problems. The service was a great experience for myself and my family. It was our first time in Chicago and experiencing parking.

compared to when the hotel ran the lot, the lot is now too crowded and someone dinged my vehicle in lot

it was fine. I have a Chev 1500 crew cab (short bed) and after reading information about other parking facilities in the area, i was worried that the spaces might be too small. i parked in the outdoor area and found a spot with ample room. the hotel folks were helpful in giving me pointers about parking too.

No receipt… nice to get an email on how much was charged…

1st off just being separate from the hotel property is absurd

You should take the payment immediately not after the fact of checkout I could’ve stayed and extra night had you all had automatic debited the money I could’ve budgeted better
3rd off I feel like I was double charged
Instead of just the 37 hours I think I was charged for 74 or something I’ll see when my bank statement comes
But because you waited to take the money we had to come home earlier then we wanted
The garage is all full of trash broken concrete rusty rhubarb pieces hanging out and glass and rats
It’s a law suit waiting to happen
You guys better get that together it’s ridiculous to charge that much
Some of the other hotels in the area are higher but they actually have security and valet
This hotels valet here was prolly breaking into rooms or cars so they fired em
Sad sad experience didn’t feel safe at all to go out n smoke alone either unless daylight better be in the room by dark

My experience was great all because the gentleman named Wallace helped me multiple times from the moment I pulled in, to the moment I left. He helped guide me around the garage, assisted me inside with the online setting up payment, to giving me some very helpful suggestions for things around town. He was professional, personable, polite, so kind, excellent customer service and people skills, friendly, most importantly he had me and my family's best interest at heart. The hotel could use more parking, we didn't have too much of a good experience at the hotel, but Wallace honestly made up for all of that. He helped make our trip to Chicago worth it. It seemed like us having a good time was important to him, so it's very important to me that he gets the recognition that he deserves. He is a great man and deserves a raise!!

Was easy to find a spot.We were in town for leisure so we used Uber and didn't have to lose our parking spot.

Price is too expensive

they charged me an extra day, I called customer support and they said id be getting my money back within 5 days and I still have yet to get my money back

The price for parking was overly expensive.

Not enough detail information. Only one sign sitting on the desk at the hotel during check in. Nothing posted in the garage

Could've had like a sign showing where to turn into the parking lot before got to the hotel and qc code sent threw a email or something like that and needs to be alot cheaper

I tried to extend by one day and was charged for two days. When I called the customer care line, i tried to explain my situation and the customer service agent eventually hung up.

Parking was easy and I felt my car was safe.

App was easily to follow

Easy to sign up on website. Did not run into any issues using the parking.
