The garage was full but I had bought a pass in advance. Upon arrival, a valet said they would valet my car for no additional charge. Upon return the valet was great. Excellent experience.

I got there 4 minutes earlier
I got there 4 minutes earlier. I couldn’t check in. I had to pull a ticket and lot attendant said to cancel. It was underground. I continued to try and cancel and I couldn’t due to WiFi
By the time I was above ground it was too late to cancel. I escalated with an email with no response. So I paid twice. Super frustrated

Problems with the app…
I seem to have an issue with the app every time I book. When I navigate to another screen to double check days and times, the app automatically changes the day and time I’ve chosen to the current day and time. Because of this, when I finished booking, the time had already started about 15 minutes prior and I could not cancel the reservation. I called and spoke to someone and was supposed to hear back within 48 hours. No one ever contacted me to resolve the issue.

Unfair penalty for late departure
Made reservation for 6pm to 1030pm. Traffic delays resulted in arrival after 7 pm. Event ran over expected time, resulting in departure from parking at 11pm. Had to pay 85% penalty, YES, 85%, for being parked 30 minutes beyond expected departure time. Also, I had originally requested 11pm departure, but parking.com indicated that departure time was not available, despite the facility operating 24/7. So I put in 1030, which was accepted. Unfair!

The attendant was most helpful!!
The attendant! I wish I could remember his name. Although I made the mistake of pulling into the Valet Parking, he bent over backwards to get my car parked and to make sure I was on my way.
