Followed all of the instructions- entered my License plate and cc info. prior to exiting. When I went to scan the QAR code at the gate, I got a message that I didn’t have an active parking session. Had to wait for a 20 minutes for a manager.

Parking Gone Wrong!
This is the most confusing and convoluted parking experience I've ever seen. It should be like any parking garage you just pay at a kiosk before you go back to your car. It's a fixed fee so there shouldn't be a problem. There's no need for a QR code. You should receive a ticket when you enter and you insert it to pay before you get to the gate.

This app does not work as explained
Hello,We have been getting charged whenever we enter/leave The Borgata in Atlantic City NJ. We are Pearl card players and my husband is a veteran. We were told to download your app and we would not be charged. However we have been charged 3X since The Borgata started using this app.
For some reason this is not working and we were told we have to remove our information, but even when we tried doing so it only worked one time.
We are still getting charged so we would like to remove our credit card information.
We would please like this matter settled.
I waited on the phone for quite a while and no one assisted me.
