Convenience to train is great but make sure you do your homework on the cost of parking. The last time I made this trip it cost me $7.00 / day this time I assumed it to be the same but for the 2 day trip my parking tab was $56.00. I feel like I was robbed! DO YOU HOMEWORK

First time parking

First time parking in an all app parking lot using QR codes, but it was a fast and an easy experience, with no issues with the download or getting my receipt in seconds after leaving the parking garage.

Not user friendly to pay

Signs with instructions on how to pay could include the zone # and an easier way to pay. Instead of the QR Code directing to the website, it could direct to an app. It took time to find the lot on the website. Also the address didn't match. Found the lot by looking at the map on the website. Very inconvenient and waste of time. Not easy to pay.

I loved the train but didn’t like the garage parking

I loved the train, but the garage was not a good experience. I am a senior citizen that had no knowledge of QR code and there was no employee there to help me. I desperately looked for younger people and they were nice and helped me complete the process. My other complaint was my parking spot was terribly small so I had to let my guests out of the car before parking.

All the employees are very helpful

All the employees are very helpful. My only problem was that there are no ports to charge your phone without a plug on the train. Therefore after 8 hours, my phone was quite low on battery...and there is no way to pay and get out of the garage without paying!!! If I had paid online, it would have been VERY expensive. As it was, less than 9 hours was just $16.99.

Very poor instructions for people that are not online savvy
Fix the problem, make it easier to understand the process.

Overcharge and Dispute

The invoice does not display rates; it only shows the total amount due, entry and exit times. Additionally, the parking management facility has been unresponsive, and I am disputing an overcharge

The first time I used it I got a parking ticket that was triple the price of what I should have been charged. The second time I used it I was nervous I wouldn't do it right again. It took a long time for me to process it. It is not user friendly.
