Machine didn't work and it took an additional 10 min to pay. Got charged a service fee on top of the "parking". It's all parking, so drop the fee.

Malfunctioning credit card reader traps driver
Credit card reader at exit gate malfunctioned. Trapped in garage with line of cars behind me. Advised to "find another exit," and there was no other exit.
Finally had to give extensive information to distant operator for a promise-to-pay, which started asking for credit card info within 1 hour.
Also - there are two separate credit card devices at the exit gate with no explanation of which one to use.
Very bad experience.

TOTAL SCAM
The parking for which I paid $125 — ONE HUNDRED TWENTY-FIVE DOLLARS - told me the end time was TBD until just before the event. Turns out the parking ended BEFORE THE EVENT ENDED. The parking lot wouldn’t let us out of the facility. I had to pay EVEN MORE to exit. TOTAL SCAM. I want my money back.
