My worst parking experience ever!!
45 minutes to park the car and then almost an hour to retrieve it. Not just me, everyone else that was parking there. Extremely inefficiently run with staff that had no urgency or interest in moving faster. I will NEVER park again at 101 W 56th street SP+ parking!!

The parking experience was flawless.

Both attendants met us at the car and recorded the license plate before we were out of the car! They warned us about putting our purses on the ground! They took good care of the car. They were ready with the car when we came to pick it up !

Kick drop off and pick up at a very good location near Radio City and Theater District at very affordable prices!

Website experience was fine. But the parking lot was terribly managed. It’s already full when I got there. The staff didn’t respect my reservation at the first time. They eventually let me in. I entered and exited within my reservation time limit.

We were not notified that a Marathon was going to prevent or slow us down getting into the garage so we had to pick an alternate garage to get to our destination on time.

The parking lot was closed and I lost my money!

Great service at all times, even when having to cancel.

I blocked traffic for thirty minutes while trying to enter the garage on 56th street. Cars barely were able to get around me. There was no attempt to help. I finally left and parked at my hotel. I had prepaid for a day starting at 2:30 pm. I arrived at 3 pm.

The price was perfect. The staff were courteous, polite, and helpful. I will definitely park there again!

I liked Franklin who greeted us upon arrival and delivered our car as we left. Workers could not figure out whether our prepaid amount would apply as we were ten minutes early when arriving. It was trivial and unpleasant.

I dropped something valuable in the garage late at night. One of the staff secured it for me overnight and left a message so that I could collect it the next day. All of the staff were kind and helpful when I explained the situation. And it is an excellent location for Carnegie Hall.

Great customer service! Very professional staff and prices are fair.
