Both convenient and inconvenient
The app will not let you stay logged in or save your info so every time I use it I have to manually log in, make sure my cc and contact details are correct, before paying. However they do have a decent price compared to other parking apps and it's easy to choose your location or lot.

Was not able to determine which parking spaces were yours or belonged to the building!
a parking fee that builds community too
The app is easy to use, and I appreciate being able to support the ministry of a welcoming and affirming faith community in the process.
Very easy to pay and park
Very easy to pay and park. Good reminders about time expiration.
The rate was reasonable
The rate was reasonable. There was another parking lot closer to the restaurant, but parking on a day in the middle of the week in downtown Richmond shouldn't cost this much! So, I refused to park there, and I circled around the block and found this one, which was at a much more reasonable rate!
Convenience and easy to operate

I did not notice how much time we got for 8.99 ... then I extended an hour ... for another 8.99!!! ... is it a flat rate for all night or what?
I would use this lot again!
I parked there for literally 5 min. The venue next door had a 45 minute wait time so I decided to go do something else. I wish I found a spot on the street first before committing to the full charge. Other than that, I would use this lot again!
One parking place left was so small…
One parking place left was so small that the passengers had to get out of the vehicle help the driver park so as to not strike other cars or a brick wall. Why do they over book?
Shaky at first but turned out okay
I prepaid for my parking but when I got to the lot the next day, it was full. I called the customer service number on my reservation and was in the process of getting a refund when someone left and I was able to park.
simple process
This process is very simple, even to someone like me who detests having to do it!
A very smooth process
A very smooth process, easy to access payment system and good updates throughout. Frankly, I was surprised at how easy it was.
Very Easy process!!

this lot will camp out and write you a ticket without any grace period to actually pay for parking when the website is clunky. Wrote me a ticket 1 minute after I had paid. had my ticket voided but wasted a half hour on something that's just common sense for parking process.
Lot full at arrival, but easy refund
I arrived at the lot where I had prepaid parking reservation but it was full. However, parking.com was very responsive and offered me a full refund and an apology. But maybe not sell parking reservations for lots you can’t control?
Rip Off
Charge did not change with time. Originally booked a 2 hour stint (8.99) but dinner went over so I booked an additional hour which cost the same price. Pretty steep
