Parking was good and convenient but….

Parking was good and convenient. Our train was late and I called to get an extension of time. I was told I would get an email but never did. Was hit with a $15 late fee for being a half hour over not a good business practice.

Will Park Here Again!

Easy in and out - my phone worked perfectly and easy to find a space! Also felt safe and easy entrance to get back in the garage with the phone. It was easy!

Dishonest business

This garage will fraudulently up-charge you. My husband and I called to ask how much parking for our train to Boston would be early Friday morning, and spoke to a man at the garage about pricing. We were parking around 8:30a and leaving around 11:00-11:30p, and were quoted $15 for this duration. This seemed like a good deal. When we tried to leave around 11:00 that night, we were charged $25. We pushed the help button but they said we'd have to pay the $25 if we wanted to leave and call back Monday. I just called, and the employee I spoke to in the garage admitted he told me it was $15, but a sign (?) says it is $25, so that's what it costs. He absolutely refused to give us back the difference and honor his word. Terrible business. It's not about $10. It is about dishonesty and stealing.

Easy in

Easy in, easy out and a nice convenient location by the train. My only question/gripe is that nowhere on my paperwork (I had made a reservation) was I informed that I should use a reserved space, so I did not. That directive would have been useful.

One thing to improve

Our only observation was that there was no signage for the parking when we returned from the train station to find our car. It was not obvious that one needed to show their parking ticket to enter the building.

Lack of direction

There was no signage or attendant to direct me towards an area for reserved public parking, so I had to waste time driving around the level several times, trying to figure this out by myself. The spaces for parking were minuscule and difficult to navigate.

Very good first experience.

Easy and mostly trouble-free first experience. Have booked again. Might consider 5 stars if I had more experiences on which to base review. Also, not completely satisfied with posting of directions or door/stair markings for leaving from or returning to garage on foot.

Unsafe

It’s obvious, after the low reviews, the management of this parking lot doesn’t care and won’t put the effort in to change things. Same as the other complaints; scanner won’t work, QR code won’t work, main garage door won’t open, spaces way too narrow within garage. For the price, it’s not worth it to me. If you’re concerned about safety in the middle of the night, this is not the garage to park in. Little to no security camera within the garage itself. In addition, you can get stuck outside not being able to reach anyone to open the main door of the garage in the middle of the night. And, sometimes the help phone goes unanswered. You should be able to QR from the outside, the main door, in the middle of the night. If you are a woman, you’ll be stuck outside on the sidewalk waiting and waiting. I won’t be parking here again and whoever manages and runs this garage makes no effort to change things.
