Everything about my parking experience worked as promised. I was concerned about the entry and exit process, so I called the number on the parking pass and was totally surprised when a friendly voice pickup up instantly. The rep quickly answered my questions. Their entry and exit process is super easy. Very reasonable pricing too! Highly recommed this facility. Will use again.

There was a mix up at the gate...I paid twice, so they refunded my fee...great honest service.

Was happy to prepay and find this parking ahead of the concert at Camden Yards. Was a little further than I thought but was great to beat the traffic.

I prepaid for a week of parking. Upon getting to the garage, the barcode I was given gave me an "invalid barcode" error. The customer service representative on the speaker box told me that I was just going to have to pull a ticket. I was able to cancel my reservation, but am still waiting for the refund to hit my card. I also won't be able to get the better rate available from the app.

Everything went well until I tried to leave the parking garage. It was early in the morning and the gate would not open when I scanned the QR code. The assistance button did no good because I couldn't understand the lady trying to help. After trying many options, the garage attendant arrived and opened the gate.

Very difficult to get back into the building to get to the elevators that take you to the parking garage. You need to have an access card to the building.

Always a problem with the scan on the phone option.

My regular parking garage but when I book in advance I get less time than if I pay at the garage which makes me rush to get back at the end of my work shift

Affordable and convenient. I made a mistake with entry and customer service was excellent when I called.

The app is buggy and is inconsistently working. Recently it wouldn’t take payments.

This service is a scam. Horrible instructions to use service.
Have your qr code, you are going to need it.
Mis-estimated time out by 8 minutes so had to pay full price additional $16 on top of parking.com $10.
This scam cost me $26 to park for the day.

Great pricing for multiple days of parking. Garage wasn’t too far from my hotel either!

Not the best rate for the same garage on another site, but they did credit my account very quickly after I cancelled.

When I do a search and select my garage it takes me to the time in time out page. The only button to select is the search button. I have to go to previous sessions to find the book parking button. What am I not doing correctly?

I always have trouble getting in and out of the 222 N Charles Street Facility. Whether I pay in advance or on the spot, this doesn't work well. I am frustrated with using this system that I will sort other places for parking. When I call the help people, it takes 5-10 minutes just to get them to answer the phone! Not good! Please help!
