Got In, Couldn't Get Out
Entered the public parking garage and saw cars in front of me wave a device for the gate to open and enter. I drove up to entrance station saw 'take a ticket'. I looked for a button to push for a ticket, there was none, then the station said gate open drive through, so I presumed I would just pay when I left. Hours later I attempted to leave, there was no attendant house, and the station needed a ticket or a device with code of which I had neither. I attempted to use the QR code on the walls and even paid via the QR code site, but never received a code to scan in return. I had to walk to a neighboring business and ask for help. They acknowledged this happens often and had me try a full validation code which failed also. I only was able to exit after 45 minutes when that neighboring business front desk security came with me to use a pass card that they had.

Very helpful correcting my error
Paid on my mobile phone and accidentally paid for 4 DAYS instead of 4 HOURS. Contacted Parking.com by online chat and they were very helpful. They refunded my original payment and allowed me to resubmit for the correct time and amount. Stellar customer service!!!

Parked in your Downtown Milwaukee
Parked in your Downtown Milwaukee, WI lot on Water Street.
Have a "Mungo" sized F-150 for my 6'6" height. Nice that you have the optional "bail out" parking spots at street level for over sized vehicles that don't make the 6 foot max clearance requirement.
Plus eazeee peazeee processing reg. the parking fee.

Excellent customer service
We paid for parking for 4 hours and literally had to leave 1 minute after submitting payment. We called customer service to request a refund and it was the easiest and quickest call. I wish I remembered the representative's name, she was the best.
