I liked getting a discount rate by reserving early and knowing I would have a place to park. However the scanner at the parking lot looked like it was for a barcode and a QR code was sent to my email.... See more
I prepaid for this parking but the machine did not recognize my barcode so I was forced to pull a ticket and pay again.
It cost a bit more than other parking ramps in the area (~$70 for 48 hours of parking) but the parking lot was in a great location. The ramp itself was what you would expect from a typical ramp.

The reader could not read the QR code on printed paper or phone. Tried calling at place 2 for 45 minutes and still at place 2. Scam
I prepaid for this parking but the machine did not recognize my barcode so I was forced to pull a ticket and pay again.
I pre paid for the weekend. Used barcode and it didn't work. Was told to take a ticket and dispute charge. I'm sure I'll never see that money ever again but I'm trying
The machine would not scan my QR code, I tried it for 5 minutes and ended up paying for parking AGAIN!
Pre-paid for a reservation, QR code didn't scan at the kiosk. Called for help, was told to take a ticket and figure it out later. On exit was told to pay for the ticket, ended up paying twice.
I could not get the reader to read my phone since I paid for the parking spot in advance. There were cars behind me so I couldn’t take forever and I also couldn’t leave and park somewhere else. So I paid for my parking spot twice. Tried the reader inside the lot when I left to see if I could ever make it work and I did on the 4 try. Too little, too late. Guess I’ll just have to go early and hope for street parking.
I'm not understanding why I was charged $20 + for 4 hours and my friends were parked in same area and paid $7. Then when extending my parking i was charged another $20+

The phone staff is helpful and you can easily get through to customer support. The qr code provided for the parking lot did not work even though the parking receipt was issued.

It can save my time and worry about parking space. However, I had hard time scanning my app at the gate. It took me awhile to scan and I was not sure if I was scanning correctly. How can I scan correctly?

We paid online to guarantee a spot as we were coming from out of state. The machine could not read the QR code on my phone. Thankfully we were able to speak with the attendant by pushing "the button". It was quite the process but the gate was finally opened for us. We will pay cash next time. Loved the location .

Buying the ticket was easy. Getting the scanner to read the bar code was a headache, both in entering and leaving the lot. I had employee help both times and they struggled to get the scanner to work. The only parking lot where I've had scanning issues.

The parking is convenient and price is reasonable. The problem we had was the directions or the facility was faulty. We were instructed to scan the code on entry and exit and to Not take a ticket. The entry scan was flawless. However, when we tried to exit the scan did not work and the attendant was difficult and it took over 5 minutes to be released from the lot - while a lot of cars backed up behind us.

Easy to locate, quick and seamless process. Was great to travel in the city without having to stress about parking.
