Pre-booking ensured us a guaranteed spot and a reduced rate. This was our first time using parking.com, however, and it is not a completely intuitive experience. When we scanned the booking code, the gate closed and it told us the ramp was full. While this may have been user-error, it was a little frustrating and we weren't sure if we were going to be charged drive-up rates upon departure (we weren't).

Easy in and easy out, access to Fogo great. Had some issues with scanning on way out but nothing terrible.

I was 3 minutes early, couldn't get in. Pulled a ticket bc a car was behind me. Paid $8 more upon exit.

Worst parking experience ever. Prepurchased ticket. Drove in and gate opened without printing a ticket. Then upon departure they wouldn't let me get out unless I paid $30. Because I didn't have a ticket. But I did have QR code for my purchase. Horrible customer service.

Pass did not work in the selected lot. $12 down the drain.

The posted price of $6 for evening rate was not what displayed at the exit. It said $24. The credit card reader didn't work. I got a different story from the person who answered the help button than the person I called the next day. I got a text to pay $12.99 when it should have cost $6. But the office worker said it's now $24. That's incredibly high. The whole thing is a disaster.

Super quick and easy and it was so nice that our parking garage had a spot for us! This was the first week I’ve used it and I did for two separate events. Thank you!

Easy in and out and not stuck in traffic after a concert at Target Field.

Arrived less than 30 minutes before my reservation and could not use it. Used the help button on the machine and the lady couldn't modify my reservation and provided no help. Ended up having to pay for my parking spot which was $48 and my reservation which was $12.

Easy and convenient to reserve parking in advance.

Recently got a fantastic parking price for a long weekend in downtown Minneapolis - the whole three days was less than a third of one night of parking at the hotel ramp. Only thing was the website wasn’t clear whether it included in-out privileges. I submitted an inquiry about it, but never heard back. I decided it was worth the risk and bought it. It turned out it DID include in/out privileges, I was thrilled!

This was a great place to park and the reservation was easy. It was easy to get in the ramp but for 3 days in a row it would not work to get us out oft he ramp. I had to call help each day. Twice it eventually worked after 5 minute of trying. The operator was going to charge me $30 to let me out for a lost ticket but luckily it finally worked. I won't use it again.

The process from reservation to parking was smooth and easy!

Very easy to reserve, reasonable pricing, and smooth in and out. Will reserve again. 20hrs=$12. Can’t beat it as hotel is $60 valet.

The lot is closer than the one we usually use. Very easy to find, and to get in & out.

Efficient and easy to navigate! Entering was a challenge with a bus blocking the entrance. Just a trip around the block.

Easy access and zero issues

The site said they did not use parking.com and would not allow me in and I got stuck in line about 25 mins to get out. I was still charged by parking.com. total scam.

Horrible experience. The App does not work properly. It doesn't give you a way to get the code you need to check in! Worthless! You cannot even get the code printing it out on your home computer. I spent over 10 minutes with the attendant, before I had to give in a pay again for the same pass I supposedly paid for already. I did get a refund. But it should have never come to that. Whoever built the webpage and App should be fired. They don't know what they are doing. They don't how to build something that works. I and a friend spent over a half hour trying to figure this out, but nothing works.
If I could give this zero stars, I would. IT DOES NOT WORK!!!!!
