Everything was great about the parking
Everything was great about the parking. I use the app to get our company discount and wish that it will allow us to add the actual time after we entered the garage as opposed to having to add the time before entering the garage.

Is this a joke? I have sent three emails for a refund and have not heard a word. And now you want me rate you? The garage did not accept the paid ticket and I would like a refund.

I made my reservation online through parking.com
The website does not indicate whether there is in/out privileges. I spoke directly with the parking.com customer service over the phone who confirmed that there is in/our privileges. Upon entering the parking, I never got a ticket. Every time I needed to enter or exit the parking, the gate would not open. Every time upon entrance and exit, I had to call the customer service and depending who I would get, they would be either helpful or very hard to work with.
One time the gentleman refused to look up my order number and stated that I do not have in/our privileges and therefore he could not help me.
Most other staff were helpful and they did help me though.
The parking lot was clean and safe. The location was great.

The app is terrible
The app is terrible. I park here daily for work. When booking from the app the times will revert from the time you selected to a two hour slot. If you’re not paying close attention you will book for this switched time instead of the time you selected. When this happens the attendant will ask you to pay almost $60 instead of letting you out because you have a code for work. The app needs a confirmation page before you book that verified the time selected. If the time changes or is unavailable you should be clearly notified of this change. A Simple “lot is full or “no parking for selected time, please adjust” would go a long way. The current setup seems like a scam.

App never loads. Just about everytime. Not just me. My entire crew.
card reader not working
I used the garage twice in a weekend and both times none of my credit cards would read. I tried multiple times and had to contact service each time and pay via a link. which went through immediately. (so there was no issue with my cards)
It took over 15 minutes to get assistance, which only added to the cost of my visit. It was a large hassle for me and the people behind me that had to wait and pay as well
