Only issue was the QR code would not…

Only issue was the QR code would not work. Staff took care of the problem and the ticket worked fine when I left the garage.

The Moxy Hotel in Nashville said…

The Moxy Hotel in Nashville said parking is $10. I called the contact I was given by the Moxy who runs the parking lot and was told the price would be adjusted to the correct amount. My card was charged $15.

machine doesn’t recognize qr code.

When I entered the parade the machine did not recognize my qr code and I had to pull a ticket to enter the parade. Then when I exited I had to push a button to call someone to explain what happened when I entered the parkade. They were able to let me out then.

Problem resolved promptly by customer service

EDITED: I purchased a parking ticket in advance for a garage in nashville. Upon arrival, I scanned the QR code and got a message saying invalid. The parking attendant told me to just enter the garage and scan the QR code at exit. I did just that and again got a message saying invalid. There were no packing attendants on duty at this time and I was unable to reach anyone when I called parking.com. So after buying a $16 advance ticket, I then had to pay another $25 because my advance ticket wouldn’t scan. I contacted parking.com the next day about this issue. EDIT: after contacting parking.com I was able to get in touch with a representative who explained the garage I used was having a technical difficulty. They apologized and I was assured the issue was being addressed. I was provided a full refund. The customer service representative was polite and took prompt action to resolve my difficulties which I greatly appreciated.

The parking and price was fantastic

The parking and price was fantastic. However, when I went to verify we had paid online it took quite a bit of time. My QR code wouldn't scan and we had to get help from the service person, who was very helpful. It just made for a long back up at the exit.

My experience wasn’t so great at first, but SP parking reached out to me and made adjustments to my satisfaction.

My experience wasn’t so great at first but the situation was resolved to my satisfaction in a very timely manner thanks to Rachael at SP parking.

Good Location, Bad Security

While the location was fantastic and easy to get too, my license plate was stolen and I hope the security cameras worked so the thief will get caught. I'll use it again since I installed theft proof license plate screws. But other than location and ease of access, I wasn't impressed.
