Your app is very difficult to use

Your app is very difficult to use. The logic behind the user interface is not well thought out checkout is very difficult and user interface is not intuitive. This makes parking a pain. Do better.

BROKEN SYSTEM!

Your system would not allow the use of my valid credit card for almost 20 minutes! I was a keynote speaker at a regional conference and almost missed my appointed time as a result of your software problems! Ridiculous system! I was told the system has problems with its Wi-Fi connection, so...fix it! Hire an attendant on site until you work out system weaknesses.

Cumbersome process for seniors and young families

This is a very cumbersome process and not user friendly. Many seniors use this parking deck, taking their grandchildren to museum during the day or a play at night. Super difficult for anyone dealing with young children and trying to enter car and credit card info. Many times QR code doesn’t work so you have to go down to main level with incoming traffic. Again, concerned for safety of young children with you as well as lack of ease using system for seniors.

I think that it is difficult to use

I think that it is difficult to use. Every time I've used it, it's taken me about 15 minutes for it to do what I need it to do. I dread parking at places that use this as the means to pay. I wish the parking garage I use most hadn't switched to this.

I had to pay for three vehicles

I had to pay for three vehicles. The only kiosk had no receipt paper. I used the APP for the other two and it was very difficult since I had two vehicles to register. It took me about 30 minutes to finally get them. I inquired of several workers there who referred me to the security guard who said he knew nothing about it. Several bystanders said it was free on weekend. I went to the admissions and they said it was not free.

Instructions not detailed enough

Instructions not detailed enough. Pay station location not clearly marked, location is inconvenient for those with mobility challenges. There appeared to be only one pay station and it was at entry. Stopping to read instructions blocks traffic.
