When trying to exit the garage, the machine would not accept my payment card. I have used this same card at this same exit several times before. I pressed the button for help, I needed to exit. The person asked many questions and even asked me to exit my vehicle to report my license number, which I did not do - I just wanted to pay and exit. Finally, he opened the gate. Then I was charged an extra fee beyond the $8.00 overnight parking fee. In summary, I was charged extra because your equipment malfunctioned.

The gate card reader would not except my card, the help operator asked if I had cash that I couldn’t even put in the pay style, then I was sent a web sight and was charged extra money to use. Not a fan

The gate to get out was broken so every time I needed to leave I had to call for help.
The machine could not read my credit card. This went on for the entire time I was there. Every time I called, I could not understand the customer service person. This was not just my experience, every person trying to leave went through the same exercise.

Do better!!!!
