Verbal instructions would be good, was totally lost. Used to driving up and pushing button for ticket not reading and then texting for entrance. Verbal instructions would help in my opinion

I find when I leave it takes a long time to check out. It’s confusing how to geta receipt. The key board for entering your phone number is really small and I often hit the wrong number. I preferred the old way. Paying at the machine.

Parking fees
The technical aspects were good, but I went into garage, reading sign that a full day (most expensive fee) for parking in the Long Beach Deukmejian Superior Courthouse was $12.99.
So when I was only gone for 1 hour fifteen minutes, I was shocked to learn I had to pay $12.99!! I was not aware there were no increments of time to lessen the fee…or, I would’ve parked on the street at 2 hours free!!
