Not a good experience

When I arrived at the parking garage the arm was up. So I waited for it to go down. It never did. So I assumed free parking and went in and parked. When leaving I got to the exit and the arm was down. Having no ticket I called support and was informed I needed to pay the lost ticket amount of $29.00. Even though I was only there 30 minutes. I was not happy. The next night I got a ticket. Paid on the way out and got no receipt for my tax purposes. Not good again.

Stuck at the Gate with no recourse.

Before I left Crown Center, I paid $7.00 and got the ticket. When I was at the gate, I inserted my ticket and got the message that my ticket could not be read, but the machine didn't give me my ticket back. So I called for help and was told I would have to pay $11.99 in order to get out. I was stuck at the gate for about 10 minutes trying to understand what your agent was telling me to do. I subsequently paid the additional $11.99, but should not have been required to do that. I was frustrated but had no choice!!
