Worst experience
it was absolutely hell with this company. I had paid for and booked the parking garage for 4 days with a confirmation email and booking number and still couldn't get into the parking garage. after i called way.com and asked for a new scan code they told me that they could not help me and i would have to work it out with the parking garage staff. I had paid and the employees of the parking garage had absolutely nothing to do with it and could not help me at first. I had wasted an hour of my precious vacation. never again way.com.
