You guys towed my car even though I paid for a full day of the "services" You provide. I've filed formal complaints with the Illinois secretary of state, BBB and the city of Chicagos 311 line.

Oh! And your "customer service" lady hung up on me when I asked to be transferred to a supervisor. I also called back, left my number with the "we'll call you back" option and no-one ever called me back!

We couldn't order a daily park on our app. Only monthly purchase was available. To get the daily park required use of their parking kiosk. On sunny day however, the screen is almost impossible to read (sun glare). Once you get the ticket however, it is the convenient way to park next to the train.
It would help to have easier access to the detailed instructions. possibly on line. A different screen on kiosks would also help with eliminating the sun glare.

It is easy for a guest to pay the parking fee.

Took too much time

app is tricky. i have been towed and ticked for not hitting the final “complete transaction” button. Out $300

Their was plenty of parking and it was easy to get in and out of the lot. And pretty easy to setup payment. Will definitely use again in the future.

doing well but customer service very bad and slow. on phone holding tiime very long. Double charges common.

I’ve written several reviews, but you don’t seem to listen to them. I don’t even know why I’m doing this. I know because this is what I do for a living. Your mobile app interface is in vast improvement. I could bullet point all of the areas, But I would hope someone on your side would know these things.

Been awhile since I,ve parked here, payment options have changed, have to scan the code, no worries 👍🏻

Very easy to book parking and user friendly.

I like that I can park at a CTA station to reduce costs on gas. However, I would like there to be more parking lots at other stations and that the option to decrease or increase parking time is available.

I paid for parking and due to one small user error (after adding my vehicle license plate number the website reverted it to my previous one when I submitted payment for parking) my vehicle ended up being towed. It was a terrible experience that should have been avoidable. Park with caution.

It worked well, the QR code was clear and usable. it was my first use and I entered my credit card info while standing outside in the open. I probably should have went back to my car. Maybe you could post a small sign to advise customers to enter credit card info in a safe place (car or building) rather than just standing by the QR code sign where one is vulnerable to hassles, robbery or worse.

Ease of payment.

EXTREMELY convenient location for boarding the Brown Line L to Wrigleyville. Easy to pay for the parking using text messaging and not expensive at all.
