It was easy to reserve parking, and the location was central to everything we needed to do. You also can’t beat the price!
The car park is always good that we use, but the codes would not scan going in or coming out - spent a long time of the intercom attempting to get in and out.
I could not scan the code on my phone. So I had to pay double. I want a refund.
I would like a total refund. The order gave me a scannable parking pass. I arrived at the lot which was a surface lot with no gate or device to scan the pass. I called the phone number on the sign and the agent said this surface lot did not show up in her system. Rather than risk towing I had to park elsewhere. Completely unacceptable
App wouldn’t scan on entry either day that we parked. Had to get a ticket and then convince the agent I was on a parking.com pass & had to lie about it letting me in because otherwise how was I there… absolutely a pain in the butt. Not only that I had to do the same thing two days in a row… Won’t be using the app ever again.

The only problem was the use of the QR code. The readers at the entrance and exit of the parking lot are designed to scan a barcode, not a QR code. It took multiple attempts on both entrance and exit to get the QR code to scan properly. Once it did, the entrance and exit were as expected.
The parking garage that I reserved didn't honor my reservations. The parking garage attendant when asked said that they don't take reservations from this company. I spent $8 for parking that I won't be getting back! Never again will I use this company!
We paid in advance but when we left it asked for money again. We held up the line for people to exit as we did not anticipate that. We did not get doubled charged which was good but I won't pay in advance again.
I like the app, but wish the price of parking would not increase any further.
The QR code did not work at all. It created a horrible hold up and I had several people behind me in line screaming at me.

He did write down my reservation number and let me through without having to pay anything extra!

Pre paid system would not recognize QR code on phone, Had to pay again, no obvious way to address situation at pay station. Called next morning and was refunded amount, which was appreciated, however system not user friendly.

It was easy to book it, but I thought I could cancel it anytime up to when I would be leaving. I was unable to use it and called to see if they would refund it. They wouldn’t, so I totally wasted the money.
