We traveled by car to Chicago. It was great to have our car right at the hotel. We easily had a space to park and without anything negative during our stay.

I reserved a space today at the Doubletree Mag Mile from 7:30 am to 4 pm ($13). When I arrived, the machine would not read my QR Code and I was kind of stuck. So, I got a regular ticket and wound up paying an additional $34. This really sucks.
Juan Hernandez from the Doubletree garage reached out to me and refunded the $34. He was friendly and professional. Thank you Juan.
