Very convenient

It is very easy to pay for parking, when your time is running out, you get a text message so you can either go to your vehicle or add more time to your parking spot. That is very convenient.

Perfect, simple place to park. Not busy in earl May during the week. Easy walk to Philadelphia Museum of Art, Robin Museum, Barnes Foundation and City Hall.

Upon arriving to the Parking Lot in Philadelphia theirs was Law enforcement at the Parking Lot taking claims of breaking in to the vehicles. Nonetheless no personnel from the lot was present to address concern or procedure. Under fear we still used the facility not recommended. Thank you/ F.LLANOS

Car glass broken in broad daylight.. All the parking lot area is already covered with shattered glasses. DO NOT PARK HERE

My brother's car was stolen from the lot and it was awful.

I hate this parking lot.

I arrived on 4/6/23 at 0630 to park in the area I paid for no access was allowed, I had to find street parking nowhere close to the event was attending. The parking.com got in touch with me, refunded my payment and I an happy with that.

My car was stolen from this lot in broad daylight (between 0945 and 1045).

Needless to say, I will not be using this again!

The guard that works there was very nice and helpful only problem I had was to pricey almost 2 hours and was 21 dollars but other than that it was good.

I had a hard time with the app, but was able to work with customer service via email to get my transaction resolved. It took a little while, but the team was able to help.

The signs are not visible and does not state if payment was required when packing locations almost empty and way over priced for only 45minutes

Overly priced and no clear indication of charges until after parking and submitting information to the app. Should clearly state prices and be more transparent. Will never park at a site using this service again

We parked here to visit the rocky steps for a total of ten minutes. Broad daylight, lots of people around. By the time we returned, 9 minutes later, our front window had been smashed open and some personal effects stolen.

Parked by Philadelphia Museum of Art. Paid $15 an hour, no attendent in the booth. Came back to my car to broken windows 2 hrs later. Several cars were broken into and PD says it happens every day. ... no warning signs or security provided. Can't get a hold of anybody to refund my parking or pay my $500 deductible.

You're too expensive. You should consider a cheaper rate for customers staying at the 2home hotel. And no, your facility was never full the times, I stayed there. In fact, all of 5,6,7,8 floor was empty.

Easy, simple, reasonable prices
