Yes, I am using Parking.com and I liked, the services are great, the system is quick, security and cheaper.
But one day I forget to put my time checkout, 6:30 pm like every Tuesday and Thursday order 913471417.
I call ERLIER to them and yet I have to pay $29,90 regrettable.
I sent email too, I until now I wait for my reimbursement.

Had trouble scanning receipt at gate. But someone that works there happened to walk by and helped. He told me to move closer to arm and then scan and it opened. But I almost couldn’t reach scanner from there. Had to open door and lean back. 🤷🏼‍♂️

The lot is permanently closed. I wasted my money on this app

Great parking app.

It's a parking garage and it had parking spaces.

Very convenient, safe, and issue free!!

The app is very easy to use, I always find a place to park and my car is always safe

The qr code that I bought through the parking.com application did not work properly, it did not open or open the barrier and every time you have to call the operator and talk to him for 5 minutes so that he would open the gate. This is terrible, a traffic jam is created behind you, and the operator asks 10 questions and when you say that there is a problem, they don’t listen to you and don’t fix it, I paid for parking and sped off several times every day

I purchased 3 hours of parking in advance for garage nearby dinner. Once I pulled up to the garage, during the appropriate window of time, the machine refused my reservation saying the QR code was invalid. Had to pay the garage rate and spent an additional $30 on top of what I wasted my money on here.

I wanted to extend. I called customer service they told me to buy a new pass and then that pass didn’t scan and then when I went to exit I just had to pay the extra $10 at the gate. So estenially I got scammed an extra $11

Very easy to use, excellent and reasonable parking service.

I used parking.com twice during my stay in Chicago and both times it was difficult to find the location where I could park because the address on my voucher did not match a parking location in real life.

I was able to get someone to honor my voucher both times, but it took me having to wait for an attendant and explain the story and provide proof of my voucher with the time of purchase and order number showing. In addition, the vouchers would be scanned and an error message would read, "Invalid voucher."

The only good thing is the low price.
