Went to 2 different locations and the pay machines were not working in either. I am hesitant to use the QR code since I had a bad experience. I had to this time as there were no other choices but I would have preferred to park on the street than to chance getting another $80 bill in the mail after paying using QR code.

Very inconvenient

The only thing that I didn't like was the short time frame you're given to park. 4 hours for 11$ in my opinion isn't worth it.

If you are handicap with a sticker You should be paying for parking period. I parked in handicap and still had to pay for parking. A refund should take place
