I paid 75 dollars for one night of parking. Absolutely freaking ridiculous!

The process was simple and accurate. Once I scanned the code, everything else was basically common sense if you follow the instructions. Very, very, useful

I had to pay twice and there was no receipt. I wish I could only be charged once as opposed to be charged twice.

Mobile service is the area is horrible. It took me well over 30 minutes just to get the app to work. Not to mention the pricing is extremely High. As a result, I don’t even want to go back to the area.

Wish you had scan on sign to pay for parking. I had to try several times via text to connect to pay.

Super easy to do after you put in all your info I am not smart when it comes to technology and this made it easy for me super awesome concept better then using cash

Terrible parking

Horrible user interface. Difficult to enter license plate #, so I ended up paying twice

Parking is always over priced and it takes 2-3 times logging in to get the spot reserved. But you have to park so I guess we will deal with it.

I really despise the self pay approach. I don't know what the solution is but being hassled for a credit card and them the system not accepting a valid credit card is time consuming and frustrating. I avoid parking in parking lots like this at all accounts!

I had to pay for parking just pick up an order not sure if I would get towed. Where are the hours posted for times citizens need to pay and what times are free to park. Worst area for parking.

Easy to use. Way too expensive but it was easy

The parking was extremely overpriced and not secure

Makes it nice to have your car at the terminal. However, there is no guarantee the airline will bring you back to the same terminal you left from. At least not with all the flights American has out of DFW. If it happens you have to catch the Skylink, in the TSA secured gate area, ride it to the terminal you left from, get your car, and then drive back to your arrival terminal in order to pick up your bags. Even if your flight leaves at noon get there very early as the covered terminal parking fills up quickly and you're left to park wherever you can.
