Very confusing

There was plenty of parking space.
I do not mind paying on my phone but the sign at entrance said to pay there. No sooner had I begun than there was a car behind me honking. Not knowing what else to do I drove on in, parked and looked for instructions to pay. I found some in the steps leading out so paid then. It’d be helpful if the sign at the entrance said to go on in and then also said where to find instructions to pay.

I paid for four hours
I paid for four hours, received the email confirmation of the payment and within two hours there was a parking violation on my window. Now I have to jump hoops for your mistake.

You are on your own...even if you are technically savvy. The problem is that they have poor wifi in the old concrete structure. We had to walk out of the garage to complete the transaction
