It was close to the event, ~10 min walk. The prices were outrageous: making a quick $$$ on the event goers. There was no info on parking, payment, length, spaces.

It was fast, easy and convenient. And I loved the reminder that time was almost up!

My car was booted because I was supposedly parked in the wrong lot! There was absolutely nothing to identify the lot and no process to validate the parking. There was no attendant available to verify the location. I even called customer service to ask if there was any way to make sure by parking would be validated. This is wrong on so many levels, and the whole affair stinks of New Orleans corruption. This is the first and last time I purchase parking in advance thinking I am doing the right thing. I just wanted to avoid wasting time at the lot and using credit cards in the very dangerous New Orleans Central Business District.

You have easy access to you parking lot and easy access to the payment system.

I love the comfort, safety and convenience of parking. I was able to park and go whenever needed.

Bad experience, got a ticket on Saturday night after 7pm

I paid for our initial parking space. The app did not clearly state hourly/daily rates. I needed to add additional time. I could have spent close to half of the $30 I spent had I just paid the extra hours up front. I hate wasting money. :)

I tried to use your signs to park, I used the text and I used the software. The software would not send a text to the phone for the code it kept asking for!! Three nights same issue at Civic Theatre!!! Then up on Oak St. This is the WORST Software EVER!! Total Useless Garbage!!

Convenient long term parking

I was completely not aware that you had the park within the lines. I think that should be heavily posted especially during online setup to park.
Everything was good besides that. I felt safe and secure with my car being there.

As a tourist and not familiar with the area I wasn’t able to use the zone code and I didn’t know the name of the streets. I don’t recall doing this the other times when visiting..

Too far a walk to risk booting, another $16.95

Great price and very close to the hotel we were staying at. They only had valet parking at 50+ dollars per night. I paid way less just using the Family Lot and it was very easy to confirm our space online. We will definitely use it again.

This company utilizes bad business practices. I used the parking app to secure my payment to park. I typed in my License plate number and then signed in to pay. It changed the license plate information that i had just entered without my knowledge. When i came out from my meeting i had a boot on my car. The guy who came to remove the boot immediately knew that i had paid for the wrong plate, but wouldn't remove the boot without me paying $100. This parking lot is a racket and should be pulled from its owners. I am shocked there are not lawsuits related to these owners.
