This is a very expensive option for parking at the Federal Courthouse. It takes advantage of people not knowing the public garage at the end of the same block the Federal Courthouse offers parking for a fraction of the cost of the open-air lot in front of the courthouse.

Nice idea to pay by cell phone,and to be able to extend parking time via cell. But price was too high,$20 for 3 hours,And a long form to get started meant more time lost.Meter box would've been faster

Exiting the parking was completely disorganized. It was a fail.

The online purchase system is not very user friendly plus, and most importantly, it did NOT adviced me that the 2 hour parking charge costs the same as the All Day price. I underestimated the time I needed for thee parking time and when my time ran out, I had to pay for more time at the same cost as All Day. In other words, if I would've known the hourly cost as well as the All Day (which is the same) I woul've purchased the whole day. Because of this I paid DOUBLE ($40) when I didn't have to and didn't want to risk tow truck coming and getting my car. You also need to post the parking time prices on the same place the web/app access instructions are located.

It was a great place to park secure location. The paying part is a little tricky otherwise was good.

I find it stupid if I’m there 1 hour or 5 it’s the same charge and to extend for 1 hour it’s $20 more and if I would of picked 3 hours instead of 2 it would still of been $20

First Time Use Of Self Pay Parking, Had To Try Numerous Times Because It Would Not Open Up Easily But Overall It Was Good

Having to walk back and forth to read directions, go back and get license plate number. I prefer old fashioned method if putting money in slot

we were comfortable where we parked. we actually parked there 03/17/23, 03/18/23 and 03/19/23. The staff all three days were great and it was a very clean and comfortable section.

The sign was not visible in order to pay.

This is a scam I had to pay twice to park because I was over the time. I didn't have the option to change the allowed time but yet people were paying 20 cash for unlimited time. It ran over 3 hours then had to pay 20.99 again for 3 more hours!

my additional payment didn't go so good...

first I received a warning notification, which was very helpful,
however, when I wanted to back out, i must have hit a wrong button, and was charged an additional $18 when I didn't need the extra time
i don't think it should have been so easy to make this mistake
Please make some way to have your customers confirm the additional payment before making the charge Thank you

I park for 6 min just for me to leave and try to cancel because I was in the wrong location

None of the kiosks were working to pay with cash. $18.99 for 45 minutes…ridiculous.
