Prepaid. Got to the lot and it was full. Was told go next door. Paid 50 for my parking at foley square then had to pay another 60 in the next lot because they’re aren’t connected. Emailed support for a refund and got no reply. Never again.

It was very easy to prepay online and schedule the day and time parking was needed. The attendants were nice and helpful when we brought the car in to park and when we picked up the car. Thank you.

Of course Mann is expensive especially lower Mann but at least this establishment had a prepaid option that saved a few bucks. It also made it simple to get in & out faster. The attendants were polite & fairly quick in getting my vehicle parked as well as retrieved. Not much more to evaluate other then my vehicle was returned in the same condition I brought it, which was mint. So five stars it is.

I had reserved parking spot for my oversized vehicle (Full Size Van) at 101 Worth st., New York, NY 10013. When I went there at my designated time slot, they didn't allow me to park my vehicle citing the reason that no space is available. What was the point in advance reservation then? Staff was so rude that they didn't ready to talk to me about what happened, what is the reason, what are my options etc. Even they didn't help me to reverse my vehicle out of the parking lot to busy new york street. I really have a horrible experience and I will never do business with parking.com.

Great experience was able to prepay. Drove to the location they provided me a ticket when i was leaving they scanned my QR code and done. Great experience.

Went online found a nearby parking lot and paid using my phone. When I drove into the lot they scanned my QR code and everything went smoothly from then on

Great parking experience. Got a great rate using the app. Had an issue booking via on-line and also the app probably due to first time setup issues for a new account but called customer service and they were very helpful and sorted it all out.

There was damage to my vehicle afterIpickeditbackup.

Unfortunately the garage was completely overbooked in the morning which caused traffic jam down the entire street. They were wholly unable to handle the volume of cars coming in in the morning. It made me late for court. Disaster.

The price was better than on other websites

As the garage was undergoing construction, I personally visited it and was assured by the attendant that I’d have no issue parking and to book my reservation. When I arrived the next day, an attendant said “garage is closed for construction” and walked away. No email cancelling reservation. No apology. No help. I have never experienced such terrible on site client service in my life.

I called the day before and asked if my truck would fit in the parking garage, I was told yes, so I booked the parking spot. When I arrived to the parking lot I was denied access by employees asked from the manager, he told me the same thing, and get a refund.

worked out well saved money in parking in a very expensive area of Manhattan!
