Super easy and affordable
My only suggestion would be to make it easier to extend your stay. I did get the notification that my session would end soon but I was in the ER speaking with a Dr at that time. By the time I went to extend my session it had already exprired and there was no longer any way for me to extend it. I was still stuck waiting in the ER and was very nervous I would either get towed or ticketed for going over my parking time. I would have happily paid to extend but I wasn't able to do so without going back outside and unfortunately I couldn't leave the hospital. Luckily I was not ticketed, towed, nor charged extra which I appreciate. Everything else went smoothly. Thank you.

You charged me twice when all I tried to do was add 15 minutes.

confusing
there was a sign that clearly said EVENT parking 15.00, which we paid and yet when we returned to our car, there was a violation changing us 25.00. I appealed the violation and it was removed, but why did I have to take the effort to have to do that? Also, this lot could use some additional lighting.

It was advertised as $5 for up to 3 hours. However, after I downloaded the app and put in my CC info I discovered it was actually $15. I was already out of the car and paying so I wasn't going to get back in and drive around more.

Very easy to use
Very easy to use, click on the QR code and it sends you to the website where you can check out as a guest and not have to create an account. Very quick to put in your license info and payment info. Received an email reminder when my time was about to expire.
