Machine wasn’t accepting my ticket
Machine wasn’t accepting my ticket. Called the number. They couldn’t access it either (later learned someone had stuck a wrong ticket in it and it was clogged). They texted me a code to release the gate and to pay online. $6 was parking. I got a $.99 service fee added on. I will not pay the service fee because your machine was broken. Took 3 phone calls to get a manger who told me he couldn’t assist me once I left the garage!!! If you want my payment remove the fee and I’m happy to pay.

We validated our parking which should have cost us $6. However none of our credit cards worked at the gate. The message kept coming back that they were all invalid. Long story short we had to get an email with a payment that way which then cost me almost $14. This is not the first time this has happened to us.

Your gates didnt work, i was stuck in your lot, then i still get a charge on my phone for parking and on top of that you charged me an ADDITIONAL fee to pay by phone....why? Because YOUR equipment wasnt funcioning....ridiculous...

Another horrible experience!
Terrible, the machine wasn’t reading the parking ticket so the attendant sent us a link to pay but we had validated parking but we had to pay full price which was almost double of what we should have had to pay. Not sure why the attendant didn’t just raise the gate in exchange for the inconvenience

Worst experience in a parking garage to date. The kiosk would NOT except my visa cc. Furthermore, the issue was not specific to my card. The problem was with every exit kiosk gate in the garage at Howard St. Station on Paulina St in Chicago. Every car that was existing the facility had to contact customer service to provide payment via remote assistance. Terrible.

Great option
Right around the corner from the Red Line L - takes you right into the city. Rode it all weekend of the marathon to avoid trying to find parking. took about 30 min to get down to the middle of the city.

The QR code didn't work to let me in…
The QR code didn't work to let me in and I was also unable to exit the parking area. I had to contact a customer support person through the push button every time I wanted to enter or exit the parking garage. Epic fail.
Fraud
I enrolled in monthly parking in one of their facilities ( Gateway plaza) on their website parking.com. In my account on the website I can see that the payment status is completed. Dated 05/28/2023. However today it’s 05/30 and all this time support at the parking lot keeps on telling me they can’t find me in the system and I have to get a ticket to park the car and pay on my way out. In an information email it says I need to contact the manager to get a keycard for lot access, but the manager is not there. Some other guy keeps picking up the phone, who claims he has no access to the system and that the manager is not available. Looking for other parking at the area and a refund. Absolute fraud
