Great spot for parking which was between the French Qyarter and our hotel which had no parking. Car was safe fee a little on the high side but it is in a downtown area.

i was trying to pay on the app but it kept getting stuck, so i ended up accidentally paying 3 times, once for $6.50, second time was $6.50, and then third time $3.50, feel like i got ripped off just because it would get stuck for 5 minutes at a time

A mistake on the app made me pay twice and i can’t find my receipts. The app needs to be updated

Pretty easy to use. Great way to select how long you need the spot. However, I had an oversized vehicle that took up two spaces. Wish there was a way to select more than one spot. I ended up just paying for two spots separately.

Parking was good and inexpensive wasn’t far from the restaurant I was going to don’t leave belongings as always for precautions.

Horribly overpriced, sketchy lots, poor experience with app payment.

The spots were to tight, and not enough. I think it would be a good idea to maybe make a parking garage to accommodate those problems.

Accidentally didn’t calculate the correct amount of time I was going to be at the World War II Museum. When I went to add an hour, it charged me $11 more for one hour when five total hours of time was only $18. I think that’s a rip off to charge me that much for an additional hour.

Parking.com’s lots were easy to get to, paying, even through the app could be tedious, seldom working on the first try.

The process to pay is a nightmare! It takes too long and is not user friendly. It needs to be streamlined. I end up standing in a parking lot at night fiddling with my phone for 15 minutes not paying attention to my environment because it takes so long. It should be simple and easy. I even made an account but it never seems to take when I enter my info and I KNOW I am entering the right info. I always end up as a guest.

not enough signage to know how much it was an hour

Didn’t mind paying the fee for parking at all but just wished there was some way to have saved the parking space I paid for for 3 days. After the 1st night I wasn’t able to park there again due to no parking availability when we returned back to the hotel. So even though I paid for it for 3 days I still lost it just because we left for a few hours.

Ripoff on rates. $50? Parked the next day for $20 a block down. Told everyone I know. Good luck with that scam.

We bought a parking space online for $50 ahead of the event we were to attend. When we arrived at the lot, it was completely full and we had to find alternative parking at the most inconvenient time. Extremely frustrating and would like a refund.

My original time was for about 6 hours and I paid $50.00. When I extended it by about 1 3/4 hours it was another $50.00. I have never experienced anything like this prior on other parking apps. Not likely to use again.

It is a safe place where the family can feel free to leave the car. We were only there for a few hours, still a good price! We left an hour early but the peace of mind of getting the vehicle counts more
