Great price and super-easy to use
I was in Chicago on the Saturday of the St Patrick's Day parade and river-dyeing. Traffic was a nightmare, so I arrived 30 minutes past my entrance time. Parking was a breeze; didn't even have to scan my QR code because the garage cameras recognized the license plate I'd filled out on the form. Gate opened right up for me on exit, too, and $16 for the whole day was way cheaper than the $25+ that the surface lots were charging on that busy day. This was the first time I've ever used parking.com, and I'll definitely use them again. So, so easy.

It was easy and seamless. Booked on line, drove in found a spot relatively close to the stair up to Michigan Ave. and when the CSO concert was over we exited quickly.

Came for Wait, Wait at Studebaker theatre.
We came from outside Chicago for the evening performance at Studebaker theatre. We were able to park in the lot in the morning and stay there until after the evening performance for a mere $20! We were able to take a couple of tours and spend the day not worrying about where we left the car. Because we paid online, my license plate alone opened the gate going in and out. Best service we’ve ever had at a parking garage! It could not have been more convenient.
