Easy in And out, parking lot could of been cleaner was kind of a mess

It was simple and efficient. Took less then a minute to scan in and on my way out it auto registered and we drove right out without needing to stop and press any buttons.

The cost was more adjustable than one price for 1-3 hours. Your app is outstanding. The lot is a bit worn.

I received a parking violation because I made a typo when entering the license plate number while paying for the parking, which is annoying but admittedly my own fault. But I was then unable to use the provided website to dispute the violation because my parking.com ID number was not recognized. Eventually I had to email the Parking Lot Help Team with pictures of my parking receipt and the violation. I was unhappy that the parking.com ID was not recognized, as a result of which I was not able to utilize the website because I wanted to resolve the issue asap. Fortunately, the parking lot did waive the violation quite swiftly. I do appreciate that the Help team responded so quickly, and even on the Thanksgiving holiday, otherwise it would have been an unnecessary stress on my mind over the holiday weekend.

All 4 of the gentleman who assisted me in the parking lot made me that more comfortable leaving my vehicle in the lot. Super attentive and trustworthy.

Parking in your lot is much more convenient than the valet parking at the Polo Towers. We reserved valet parking for the week when we checked in on Tuesday because it was all they offered. Once your lot opened we canceled the rest of our valet reservation and moved to your lot. It is our preference when we come to Vegas each year.

Easy to buy. Easy to park and get out. Friendly staff at lot.

I was forced to move from the lot a full day before my time was expired. I tried to contact about a refund and there has been absolutely no response.

I paid for a 3 day parking pass. With only extremely limited notification (same day email warning of potential car being towed) we were forced to move our vehicle to a much less convenient parking lot due to F1 related issues. Parking company did handle the inconvenience fairly, but advanced notice should have been provided.

We contracted via the phone app by scanning a QR code on-site outside the timeshare we booked for the week. After paying we returned to find the 4 foot QR parking sign replaced by an 8”x10” sign threatening to tow all cars left in the lot immediately. WHAT??!! Who does that?!! Apparently they decided they could make a ridiculous amount of profit by canceling their contract with us because of the upcoming Formula 1 road race in Las Vegas. I hope they get what they deserve from this fiasco…and give us back our money!!!

Parking attendant had zero patients. Grabbed my phone and attempted to add credit card. I asked before parking what was the price and he stated he didn’t know and said I need to pull forward when I tried to reverse to leave the area

not to clear information for tourists like me. I thought payment was after the end of use and not that payment was in advance. No clear information and on the second day I was surprised with a fine. it was just a matter of putting the information correctly and clearly.

I was pleasantly surprised at the ease of booking through their QR code and website. Saved money to avoid hotel valet and this parking lot is located right next to hotel, really easy to get in and out too.

Well, it all worked smoothly, no glitch!! And it was easy.
You have to know how to get the parking lot you actually want, you don't need to search for it because you used it before. But once you figure it out, it works!!

Don't pay Marriott Vacation Club for something you could do for much less hassle and avoid the anger and angst of MVC's outside staff

Easy process. Our lot was easily accessed and good spots were plentiful.

The app was easy to use and easy to track status. Parking spaces were always available and easy to find.

Very convenient location but the whole parking lot needs to be fixed up, the pavement needs a mayor restoration.

I received a ticket 2 days prior to my parking expiring - I have disputed it and am waiting for response
