I prepaid parking and made a reservation and the lot was full when I got there. The staff was rude at SP and refused to honor my reservation. Very poor experience.

The attendants work very quickly. They retrieve cars fast! I needed to be in and out before catching a flight, and they were able to kindly facilitate that. They will also put your EV on the (Level 2) charger if one is available.

Given the nightmare stories I was reading about the various parking garages, I was so pleased with this one. I liked that it was attached to a hotel, because then there would be someone legit to complain to if something happened to my car. Nothing happened. The staff was super friendly. They took my car within 5 minutes and they returned it within 5 minutes when we were ready to leave. They honored my online barcode and there were zero issues. Rate was about $50 for the evening, but it's NYC and it was worth it for the good service.

the booking process was nice and easy, however when I showed up for my reservation, the parking valet told me he did not have space anymore and I needed to ask for a refund from the company where I made this reservation (parking.com). The original reservation amount was 36$, and I ended up paying 110$ at another parking place.
However, parking.com refunded 36$ but denied covering upcharge related to this inconvenience. This is the reason for a 2-star review otherwise it would be 1-star of course,

Overall things went fine after a situation was created and that would have impacted our main purpose we had been in NY that day. We made online reservation more than a week ago for oversized vehicle (12 passenger Van) , with parking start time couple of hours before the event start (2pm ET). We reached the parking entry at around 3:25 pm ET . There were multiple attendants helping incoming cars for parking and despite having the reservation we were told they cannot honor the reservation due to oversized vehicle and we will be refunded for this reservation . With 5-10 min. walk to the event center from the parking garage and only half hour left what a trip disaster that could have been . We had to request the supervisor multiple times and finally he agreed to honor the reservation. We had 15 min. left after handing over the keys and we reached to the event center on time . For that I'd give high rating for this parking garage and if any higher up official from this parking company reading this feedback , I'd say this shouldn't have happened in the first place and may take this feedback to improve any gaps they have in their process. Finally I am happy that our trip was successful and I didn't notice any issues with any other normal size cars coming in for parking in that garage , for the time I was there trying to convince the supervisor .

I was parked at the Hilton in times square. The attendants were always friendly. When I left my medication in my car, they went through the trouble to get the car. They did this courteously. Give them a pay raise ; the price of food went up.

I reserved parking in NYC. Once I arrived, the parking attendant claimed the garage was full, so I was unable to park at the garage. I was denied a refund, so I paid $50 for parking that I did not use. It’s ridiculous and unfair to refuse to refund someone for a parking reservation they couldn’t use due to a full garage.

Car came back without any damage, and mileage was the same as when I dropped it off, also hotel is connected to the garage which is nice. (Hilton). FYI I saved Aton of money by booking online. 24 hr assistance.
