It worked out fine.
We bought our parking pass on Parking.com. We brought it with us and used it to exit the parking garage. The parking staff were helpful and kind and we had no problems.

Paid, can’t cancel, no refund
I booked a parking spot and then tried to cancel it at least a few days before the date. I could not cancel my reservation because the website was having some issues. I called customer service and they confirmed that it was having issues and that they cancelled my reservations on their end. I still haven’t gotten a refund
