Friendly staff, utilized for a Guardians game. Easy access in and out. Simple walk to stadium. Paid online which was nice and fee was reasonable. Will use again.

No issues with parking.

Parking was easy and affordable! The website made it so fast! The staff was friendly and we felt safe leaving our vehicle parked overnight.

I cancelled a reservation within the cancellation period and I did not receive a refund despite the app telling me I would.

Made a reservation. Got there 15 min early and I could not get in. THe garage was empty. I could have just paid less without the reservation and parked longer. Complete waste of time and money.

Super easy to purchase and to use the parking pass. It was a smooth in and out of the parking structure, scanning the barcode. I did print the code instead of using it from my phone. But that's just a personal preference. I will definitely use this service again. It's the best and easiest way to go

convenient and easy access to First Energy Stadium

Easy transaction - pulled up, scanned the bar code and parked very easy. The only thing I would change is on event days (like Sat or Sunday) or any weekday games scanning twice can hold up the works.

Made a reservation, it was confirmed but once I got to the garage the reservation did not work and I still had to pay at the garage. Total rip off, will never use again.

The app was easy to use until checkout. There was no cell service in the garage. We called and attendant came right over and got the gate to raise so we could leave

Reserved a spot to and paid $20 online before going to a Cleveland Guardians game. When I arrived they were offering event parking for only $10. There was nobody working to try and get a partial refund. When we left the garage they said I had stayed past my time so they charged me another $5. Total tipoff.

Clear options and easy to use.

I arrived 5 minutes Early, and I was told I couldn't enter without taking a ticket and pay $10. It was confusing especially as I exited the garage the machine accepted my pre paid ticket. Overall except for not understanding the ticket process it was fine.

I tried to create an account but never received the confirmation email. Really annoying!

Parking attendants were very helpful, both entering and exiting the lot....and the handicap parking was easy to access.

Very easy to find, navigate, and reserve parking in advance. Will weigh in later as to our actual experience at the garage!

Easy parking in a well lit garage! My only complaint - we were at a performance at Playhouse Square which, we realized half way through the evening, was going to run much longer than I had reserved parking for. I went to the website to see what would happen if I exceeded my time, but could not find any information. I tried to buy another pass for an hour or so, but the site would not let me. If I had just been charged extra for the extra time, that would have been fine, but I could not find that information anywhere on the website. We ended up leaving the performance early.
