Easy, price good, wait time long
I liked how easy the reservation was; however, there was a lot of confusion about my reservation and it took forever to get my car. The valet guys didn't seem to recognize or know what to do with my reservation - which was odd since I'm assuming you have a partnership and people must book through the web all the time.

I paid for parking and when I arrived…
I paid for parking and when I arrived was told the lot was full and there was no room for my vehicle.

I paid $25 for my 6 hour parking spot
I paid $25 for my 6 hour parking spot. It expired by one hour and I was forced to pay another $17 to exit. Yet the sign on the wall said 10-12 hours parking is $25.
I’ll never go here again. Horrible

If you don’t mind waiting 40 minutes…
The valet ticket has a number to text when you want to pick up the car. It says to be there within 10 minutes or your car will be reparked.
However, 20 minutes later (after I was already waiting at the garage along with 12 other people), I got a message that there was no valet to get my car and to try again later.
It took me almost 40 minutes to finally get my car. It was completely disorganized. I would never park there again.
